Problem med mitt nya 4080 Super (svart skärm i bios men inte i windows)

Jag skrev en råd på reddit tidigare som blev borttagen av nån anledning så jag skriver här istället.

So i installed my new MSI GeForce RTX 4080 Super 16GB Ventus 3X OC yesterday (upgraded from a 3090) and straight up i got no image what so ever. Nothing.
Put back the old 3090 and everything was back to normal again.
I did however notice that windows was booting normally but without enabling the monitor, so i took my phone and used anydesk (remote desktop software) and connected to the machine.
I went to nvidias site and did a manual installation of the latest drivers 551.31 and the monitor started working!
All is not well tho because when i restart my computer i have a black screen all the way up to the point when windows 11 starts, then the monitor wakes up. So it's impossible to get into the bios for example.
When in windows everything seems to work as normal. I can game and no crashes etc.
I do notice that the white "VGA" LED illuminates for a few seconds every time i power on the system , so that might indicate that the motherboard is not happy with the GPU?
Motherboard is a MSI MAG Z790 TOMAHAWK WIFI with a 14700KF cpu.
PSU is Corsair RM850x 850W v3
Monitor is a samsung odyssey g9 g93sc
I've updated the firmware in the monitor and the motherboard today, no change.
Anyone have a clue what's going on?
