Pizza Hut 3D Printing Design Release Form

Agreement and Release of Liability

Thank you for your interest in downloading our 3D printing design for the "Pizza Warmer" (hereinafter referred to as the "Design"), made available by PH Canada Company, having a place of business at 191 Creditview Road, Suite 100, Vaughan, Ontario, L4L 9T1 , Telephone number 416-664-5200 (“Pizza Hut”). Before proceeding with the download, please carefully read and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Use of Food-Safe Materials

By downloading the Design, you agree to use only food-safe materials for the 3D printing process. It is your responsibility to ensure that all materials used are safe for contact with food, when heated.

2. Use of Food-Safe Foil Tin Pan and Safe Handling

Additionally, you agree to place any food into a food-safe foil tin pan before placing the tin pan containing the food into the printed Design. This is to ensure that the food remains safe for consumption and that the Design functions as intended.
You acknowledge that the maximum temperature with the Design may vary depending upon the conditions under which the Design was printed and used. You agree to handle the heated tin pan containing the food with care to avoid any injury.

3. Assumption of Risk

The Design is for individual use only without modification, and is not for resale.
You acknowledge that the use of the Design involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to, potential damage to your 3D printer, console, and personal property, as well as the risk of personal injury or illness from improper use of the printed product.

4. Release of Liability

By downloading the Design, you agree to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Pizza Hut, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates (collectively referred to as the "Pizza Hut Actors") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by you or any third party, whether caused by the negligence of the Pizza Hut Actors or otherwise, in connection with the use of the Design.

5. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold the Pizza Hut Actors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Design, your violation of this agreement, or your violation of any rights of another.

6. Intellectual Property and Non-Commercialization

You acknowledge and agree that Pizza Hut retains all intellectual property in and to the Design and any derivative works created therefrom, including any copyright. You further agree that you will only use the Design or any works created from the Design for personal purposes and you will not provide any goods or services using or based on the Design for commercial purposes.

7. No Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Design is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Pizza Hut does not warrant that the Design will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Pizza Hut Actors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Design, even if the Pizza Hut Actors have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the courts and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pizza Hut is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except to the extent that local consumer protection laws may apply to this agreement.

10. Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Pizza Hut with respect to the Design and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the Design.

By clicking "Agree" and downloading the Design, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this release form.

Om jag hade haft en 3D-printer så kanske det hade varit något

Vanlig 3D printer PLA blir mjuk vid 60 grader, så antar att den inte borde kunna komma i närheten av detta. Annars kan man köpa täljsten och värma på sin PS5 som man sedan kan ha för att värma händer eller rummet (täljsten har hög specifik kapacitet för värme och strålar bekväm infraröd).

Synd att det inte sitter Zen 3 i PS5. Då hade man haft en Vermeer i sin WRMR.
