Xbox one NAT type unavailable

Hello Guys, Im new here. Just want to ask about a fix For the Xbox one NAT type unavailable.
I had comhem which is bought out by Tele2. Called them and a tech said he never herd of Teredo. So what I understand Teredo is some kind of tunneling from IPv6 to IPv4. He opened some ports on my comhem router. But still on my Xbox it says NAT type unavailable. I do the Network test and it says something like Teredo cant find the IP address. Ive done the restart on router and xbox. Nothing works. Windows has this long explanation About IPv6, call your internet previder. So I am hooked up to Xbox live, I can party chat. Red dead and GtaV works that i never play. But It seems to affect Dark Souls Remastered and Dark Souls 3. Anyone else out there with this problem of NAT type unavailable?

Thank you Pacc, Yeah my UPnP is enabled. On Friday I disabled the UPnP unplugged the router. Turned it on, status disabled. Next I enabled it unplugged, status Enabled. whole mean while checking status on xbox (unavailable).
Hej thanks for writing Gorian. I don't want to say cool that someone else has my problem. But nice to know Im not the only one. I called Tele2 today and the girl was like your internet is working what do you want me to do about it? I was thinking something. She asked where did you buy your xbox? I said Webhallen (i called them out of desperation) Webhallen was more help that Tele2 was today (Sat.) Gorian If you call tele2 keep me posted please. I will call them also and keep you posted.

By the way Gorian I try Forza3 and i was having problems too. I will try Forza7 and post.

Hej Apple1, yes i was up all night doing that diagnoses steps on that support page. Didnt change anything. Im at a loss.

Sorry to hear Tinkerbeard. If you find anything please let me know. I've feel i have tried everything. Tested gta v online today and it worked (people in server and flying bikes.(oh my) and everything) no problem. But my NAT type is still unavailable. I disconnected wifi in Xbox. Went off line Xbox. Hard shutdown Xbox. Unplugged Xbox. Unplugged ComHem(tele2) modem. All cables and restarted everything. Nothing. I've also read holding LB+RB+LT+RT. Nothing.

Called Tele2 today and they had no idea. The said you have internet. We don't know why your Xbox one. Can't match up. I have Xbox live up and running it never went down. GTA v works ex. 1. Setup a static IP address for your Xbox One

2. Important. You need to port forward port 3544 to destination port 3074 to your Xbox One's IP address. Do not port forward port 3544 to port 3544.

3. Forget about all the other ports Microsoft indicated needed to be port forwarded for Xbox Live at the moment.

4. Check to make sure your router does not do source port randomization. If it does, set up your router to allow all Xbox One outbound traffic to use static ports,

5. Unless you've made modifications to your consumer router's rules set to restrict outbound traffic then the above will work.

The information I've provided above is specifically to obtain an Xbox One Live open NAT. To obtain an open NAT for specific games you may need to forward specific ports. For instance Black Ops III requires you to forward port 3075 to destination port 3075 to obtain and open NAT. I do not recommend using UPnP or DMZ as it could potentially cause security issues with your network. Let me know if this helps you out.

Yeah i just did a reset on my console. And while I was downloading all my games. I was thinking about the conversation I had with Tele2. I asked do you think my modem is to old? It's the one you guys sent to me 4+ years ago. It's the C1 modem. He said no it's good. Well after the console restart (wipe back to factory) still says NAT type Unavailable. I have to try everything. Hahahahahah. Going crazy.

My modern is called Com Hem wi-fi hub C1. Made by Sagemcom. Was just looking how old it was. And it says it was made in (or place of issue 2016. Do you think it's to old?

Yeah guys it's cable into a ComHem C1 box. The funny thing is that every thing has worked very good for all these years. Just now Sept. 9th I've noticed the problems. When I call them up (i understand that everyone can't know everything) but they didn't even know what Teredo was. Make me fell like saying I'm a mechanic and I don't know what a tändstift is? Yeah don't get me wrong (if you could hear my voice) I'm not putting anyone down. That would be the wrong thing to do. I just thought If i was getting a call from a customer. I would be like, hey i do not know the answer to that question. But if you could give me your name and number, I can find you an answer. Or someone who could answer the question. I mean what are we paying for 600+kr a month. Can't believe we as people put up with it. I'm about to change internet providers. Any recommendations.

Is far as I know it's public. Why do you have some information? Everything here would be appreciated. You would help out a few if not many who have read this thread

Mekonomen, I hear you there. The word you were looking for is converter. I didn't call anyone down at Tele2 today. Just be reading over and over. They gave me a number to call. But no one answers. The are call hemfixarna.
